Cheap property with a big plot! Wonderful area!
This lovely rustic property is set in a nice village situated in a hilly picturesque area. The village stands 55 km. away from the fourth largest city in Bulgaria, Burgas and only 8 km. away from another smaller town called Singulare. Three Golf Complexes to Be Built near Sozopol

Bulgarian Property Market 2007 Turnover Reached 11bn Euro
Property market was the absolute economic leader for Bulgaria's economy in 2007 with a record-breaking turnover of 11.36 billion euro, a real estate agency data showed.
