This property is situated in a very beautiful and picturesque area 35km far from Burgas and its International Airport. The village is situated close to the main highway which connects Sofia and Burgas and has direct access to it. What is more, if you get bored from the rural atmosphere and start missing the city life Karnobat and Burgas are few km. away and they have a lot to offer. There are regular buses to the towns and the village is already preferred by foreign families. |

Increase in Tourism in Bulgaria

Property Prices in Bulgaria remain stable
The prices of residential property in Bulgaria remain stable for now despite the record plunge of the prices on a global scale for the last quarter due to the financial crisis. This is what a research of the British real estate company Knight Frank shows.
